SECTION 2 - REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP Subscription boxes for this service will be delivered to your registered address. Customers may receive email notifications regarding their account and special promotions, including offers from third parties. You may cancel your membership at any time, free of charge, through the Customer Portal or Customer Support. For more information, please check our Help Center.
SECTION 3 - BILLING AND PAYMENTS As a member, you agree to the following benefits and terms

- You must provide accurate contact and payment information, including name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. We ask that you keep this information up to date.
- Your payment information will be stored to facilitate future shipping and billing procedures. Please note that all such personal information will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We may ask you to upgrade your shipping method if your regular shipping method is not available. We may change to a higher class of shipping method if necessary, unless you have informed us in advance that you do not wish to be upgraded.
- If payment is not received for any reason, we may charge your account directly again or request payment by another method, such as by mailing a statement.
- Any changes to your account information made after the last day of each month may be reflected in the following month's shipping schedule.
- Please update your shipping address at least 48 hours prior to your subscription renewal date (see “Subscription Agreement” for renewal dates), as shipping preparation begins prior to the subscription application deadline. Please note that shipping service does not include forwarding of mail due to a change of address.
- Forwarding charges incurred will not be refunded or added to your subscription fee.
- Once paid, fees are final and non-refundable.

SECTION 4 - YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT By purchasing a subscription, you understand that this is an initial and recurring fee structure and you agree to be responsible for all recurring fees incurred until the cancellation process is completed. Your subscription will automatically renew for each successive term at the current subscription rate.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must cancel online through the Customer Portal at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. All subscriptions are renewed on the same date as the date you signed up. Any changes to subscriptions will be applied after the next renewal date.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of the then current subscription period.

We reserve the right to bill you on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) without additional authorization from you, unless we receive prior notice of cancellation. Please note that if you cancel your subscription, you will not be entitled to a pro-rated refund of any portion of the subscription fee already paid.

Also, upon reactivation of your subscription, an invoice based on your current plan will be automatically generated.

The Company reserves the right to change service plans and fees with or without prior notice. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to cancel membership at any time. Please note that membership is void where prohibited by law.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING #### Missing and Damaged Items

Missing items.
- If the box arrives safely and the packaging is intact, but one or more items that should have been included in the package are missing.

Damaged Item.
- Boxes arrive intact, packaging is intact, and all items are present, but the items inside are damaged.
- This also applies to perishable items that have expired.

Correspondence.
Missing or damaged items will be subject to replacement or refund based on availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the box.

- If a replacement is available, it will be replaced and is not eligible for a refund.
- To ensure a smooth response from our support team, please submit the following evidence

Evidence that must be submitted 1.
1. photos of all sides of the box (required for both missing and damaged items)
2. photos of all items included in the box (required for both missing and damaged items)
3. photographs of the individual items in question showing the damage in question (required for damaged items)

Upon verification of the damage, replacements or refunds will only be issued for damaged merchandise. Please note that damage to the product packaging is not eligible, and damage to the packaging material does not count as damage.

#### Returned Box Policy
If an item is returned or refused for any reason by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment. However, if an item is returned due to our error, it will be reshipped at no additional charge.

This policy may be updated without notice and applies immediately and retroactively to all subscription and subscription subscribers.
SECTION 6 - ALLERGEN INFORMATION We do not provide allergen information for Japanese products included in regular boxes. However, general allergen information is available on the Service's website.

While we strive to provide as accurate allergen information as possible, this list is not exhaustive of all allergens. Therefore, please note that we cannot guarantee that every item in your subscription box is allergen-free.
SECTION 7 - REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM #### Refer-a-Friend Program Terms of Service

In addition to the Terms of Service and Service Privacy Policy, the following terms and conditions apply to the referring member (“Referrer”).

Definition of Referrer.
A Referrer is a Member who shares a referral link and has a Referee who uses that link to make a purchase. A Referrer may refer more than one Referee, but a single Referee may not make a purchase using more than one Referral Link. Referrer is responsible for any taxes incurred under the Refer-a-Friend Program.

Requirements for Referees.
There is no limit to the number of Referees. However, the Referee and the Referrer cannot be the same person. The Referee must register different information than the Referrer, such as email address, billing information, shipping information, etc.

Referral Credit
- Unsettled Credit: Will be credited when the Referee completes the purchase, but cannot be used until approved.
- Approved Credits: Open credits will be approved and available for use within 30 days of your referral's first box shipment.
- Canceled Credits: If a Referee's purchase is canceled, or if a fraud or chargeback occurs, the corresponding credit will be voided.

Use of Credits.
Approved credits may only be applied to subscription plan charges for the Service. Credits are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for gift cards or cash. Subscriptions purchased with credits are also not eligible for cash refunds.

Using and Sharing Referral Links.
- Referral links may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Publication on public forums (e.g. Reddit, Wikipedia), coupon sites, or sites created to search for discount codes is prohibited.
- Mass “spamming” of referral links, use of automated systems or bots, or paying money to promote referral links is also prohibited.

Usage Restrictions.
- Referral codes may only be used for an individual's first subscription. They cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or incentives.
- Using multiple accounts or email addresses to circumvent restrictions is prohibited and will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of credits if discovered.

Account Modification/Cancellation.
The Service reserves the right to void credits and modify or close the accounts of Referrer and Referee upon discovery of any violation of the Terms of Service or the law. Such action may be taken without notice.

Termination and Modification of Program.
The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Refer-a-Friend Program or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. Any unused credits will be forfeited after such changes are made.

The Service reserves the right to suspend accounts or cancel credits if it becomes aware of any activity that it believes is abusive or in violation of the Terms and Conditions. We will also review and investigate referral activity from time to time to ensure proper operation of the program.

These terms and conditions are subject to revision without notice, so please check back for updates.
SECTION 8 - PRODUCT INFORMATION; LIMITATION ON QUANTITIES With the exception of content submitted by members from time to time, the Company endeavors to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and reliable. However, some information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors, or other inaccuracies or inaccuracies, and we may correct these without notice, but we are not responsible for them.
